Max-X DR C-arm MI is a high-load mobile C-arm family primarily designed for surgical and vascular imaging. The large-sized C-arm with motorized elevation assures easy positioning, while the high-sensitivity Image Intensifier with 1Mpixel high resolution CCD camera provides cristal clear images with very low patient dosage. The live and reference images are displayed on the high-contrast radiology monitors mounted on separate monitor trolley. Wide range of selectable image processing software tools help the visualization and right diagnose. The system is connected to the PACS as a standard DICOM modality.
Thanks to the wide range of selectable options the Max-X DR C-arm MI family can support all customer demands from basic surgical application with 4kW generator power, 9” Image Intensifyer and stationary anode X-ray tube, up to the high-end vascular version powered by 10kW generator, 12” I.I., rotating anode X-ray tube and premium-quality DSA software package.
The mechanical basis of the Max-X DR C-arm MI family is a well-maneuvrable but robust mobil structure, with a large sized and well-balanced C-arm mounted on it. The vertical movement of the C-arm is motorised, the other movements are manual. Thanks to the ergonomic design and optimal construction of the C-arm it can be set easily even in the most complicated iamging positions.
The high-resolution radiography and fluoroscopy images of the Max-X DR C-arm MI family are collected by a high sensitivity 12” Image Intensifyer and an integrated 1Mpixel progressive scan CCD camera. The system provides cristal clear radiography and fluoroscopy images with wery low patient dosage. Laser light localizer helps accurate positioning on both tube and detector sides.
In the Max-X DR C-arm MI system X-ray is generated by a monotank stucture, microprocessor controlled, high frequency X-ray generator and it’s associated X-ray tube. The 0.3mm focal spot size of the tube guarantees sharp X-ray images, while the 10kW generator power provides even non-stop operation capability. The generator control is integrated to the touch-screen control panel of the imaging system. Optimal image quality is guaranteed by the built-in ABS and AEC dose control. The supervisor program monitors the system status and any operator intervention all the time - thus effectively preventing any setting or events that could cause damage or overload to any component of the system.
During operation the live and reference images are displayed on the high-contrast radiology monitors mounted on separate monitor trolley. They can display the most relevant information along with the actual X-ray images. The heights and tilt angle of the monitors are adjustable by motors.
The Max-X DR C-arm MI system is controlled from an integrated touch screen console located on the mobile C-arm unit. All functions and information are accessible here: worklist handling, patient administration, study selection, generator control. It can display the actual live and recorded X-ray images along with all relevant other information. Wide range of selectable image processing software tools help the visualization and right diagnose (recursive filter, edge enhancement, surgery- and vascular tools). The system is connected to the hospital PACS as a standard DICOM modality.
