Max-X DR Mobile H50 is a high-end digital mobile x-ray unit designed to perform radiologic examinations and diagnostic investigations both in the clinical departments and in the ward. The built-in powerful 50 kW - 150 kV high frequency X-ray generator grants crystal-clear and sharp images even in the most complicated situations. With 54 cm width it is the slimmest device in its category. Due to the large wheels powered by dual motor drive the movement and maneuverability of the device is easy and excellent. Built-in lithium-ion battery pack can store energy for more than 1500 exposures and 100 km motorized travel.
Max-X DR Mobile H50 acquires the digital radiographic images by a battery powered portable flat panel detector, connected to the system with wireless data transmission. Operator control is implemented by a large sized integrated touch screen monitor. This innovative, easy-to-use equipment provides low patient dose, optimized image quality, and immediate availability of patient and exam data throughout network, thanks to full DICOM 3.0 compatibility.
The Max-X DR Mobile H50 has been designed so to obtain a compact and lightweight device, extremely easy to move around. Thanks to the use of special materials and state of the art technical solutions, with its 54 cm width this is the slimmest device in its category. Du to the collapsible flat tube column the heights of the complete unit during transportation is only 135 cm, providing great forward visibility to the operator. The dual motor driven large back-wheels and swivel front-wheels ensure great mobility when passing through small and narrow spaces and elevators. The direction and speed of each wheels can be controlled based on the pressure what the operator applies to the handlebar.
The X-ray tube with the collimator is located on the horizontal telescopic bar, traveling on the turnable vertical column. The positioning of the tube assemble is controlled from here as well.
The energy to power the Max-X DR Mobile H50 system is stored in two latest development lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs. The lithium-ion batteries have several advantages compared to lead-acid batteries: their lifetime is 3 times more and their storage capacity is almost 4 times more than conventional lead-acid batteries, while their charging time is just less than half of it. These maintenance-free low self-discharge devices can remain in stand by mode under power-off status for up to 1 year. Super fast charging mode can charge the batteries from empty to full level within 3 hours.
Max-X DR Mobile H50 is equipped with dual lithium-ion battery pack, capable to store energy for more than 1500 exposures and 100 km motorized travel.
In the Max-X DR Mobile H50 system, X-ray is provided by a modern, microprocessor controlled, 50 kW – 150 kV high frequency X-ray generator and its associated rotating anode fine focus X-ray tube. The equipment can be ordered with smaller generator power as well. The generator control is integrated into the touch screen control panel of the imaging system. The supervisor program monitors the system status and any operator interventions all the time - thus effectively preventing any setting or events that could overload or cause damage to the system.
The equipment is powered from a standard 230V/16A single-phase electrical wall outlet, to charge the batteries.
The heart of the Max-X DR Mobile H50 system is a highly reliable, high resolution, 35x43cm (optionally 43x43cm) image area, direct digital flat panel detector, capable of creating high quality X-ray images with very low patient dosage. The connection between the detector and the controller PC can be wired or Wi-Fi. The digital image appears on the touch screen monitor within seconds after exposure.
The operation of the Max-X DR Mobile H50 system is controlled from the large size, high contrast touch screen console. From patient and exam selection, from the worklist to radiological parameter setting by means of a step-by-step procedure, to image acquisition and processing, up to image transfer to PACS system, all functions are controlled from this integrated touch surface. Pre-programmed Anatomical Programs facilitate exam execution and increase system productivity. The touch screen control panel is characterized by intuitive and large buttons for post processing and DICOM integration, and can be even used wearing protective gloves.
Most control functions can be reached from the secondary touch screen control console located on tube head.
